4.) Once everything was loosely connected I started tightening it all down. I tightened down both sides of the strut bar so it was tightly installed onto the pieces that connected to the strut towers. Then, I tightened down the bolts on the strut towers to finish. The bolts don’t need to be tightened too much (14.5 ft-lbs) much more and you might snap the bolts.

5.)  We’ll be mounting the alarm horn on the side of the strut. Sorry for the bad picture, but if you look close you can see the hole for the screw.

6.) Find a twisty road and test out the strut bar. I found that this stiffened up the front of the car a lot. While it’s pretty stiff already I found this eliminated several creaks the car had, especially on the front windshield when going over uneven surfaces.
