Lips: V-Limited Lip Subaru WRX STi Install guide:

V-Limited Lip: First, you will need to mount the lip under the bumper so that it will stay steady while you drill the holes. Remove the plastic clips circled in the picture (three more on other end of bumper). Attach the lip to the bumper, but do not reattach the plastic cover’s flaps to the bumper as they were before.

3. Using a 3/16 drill bit, drill a hole through the bumper at all the mounting hole points of the lip.

4. Using the supplied hardware, secure the lip to the bumper. You may need to push the plastic cover or the plastic skid plate under the motor out of the way to reach and hold the piece to screw the bolt into in place.

5. Remove the four plastic clips that originally held the plastic covers in place and use them to attach the plastic cover’s flaps to the lip/bumper. And, if you have not already done so, reattach the last clip on each side that only holds the flap to the bumper.
