3.) Now the tension on the belt needs to be reduced so the alternator can be taken off. It would also be a good time to go all the way and take it off and replace it.

4.) Loosen the mounting bot on the driver side of the alternator. It doesn’t need to be taken all the way out yet. Just get it loose. It is close the the AC Compressor.

5.) Go to the other side of the alternator and look for this bracket/bolt.
